With our 20 year heritage in swags and tents, it was a natural evolution for Darche to expand its 4X4 touring offering. Constructed and engineered to specifically suit Australia’s rugged touring conditions, the complementary range includes the Panorama 2 roof top tent with annex, Hi-View Gen 2 roof top tent with annex, the Eclipse vehicle awnings and Xtender Awning Tent. Featuring the famous Darche quality and design, the 4X4 Touring range will perform and last. ​

​ECLIPSE SIDE AWNING - 2 X 2.5

​The Eclipse vehicle awnings provide instant shelter and now come with super flex pivoting hinges which reduce component stress and failure common with inferior versions.  Constructed from specifically formulated Polyamide, the new Darche spec hinges are highly crack resistant with a density of 1.15 g/cm³ and are able to withstand extreme heat (up to 180°C). Together with super tough mould treated 12 Oz/yd² proofed poly/cotton ripstop canvas and a massive 2000mm water head, the Eclipse awnings are engineered to perform and last.

​ECLIPSE 180° AWNING

The Eclipse 180° Awning can be mounted to either side of your vehicle and is ideal for dual, single and space cabs as well as general canopy and wagon setups. Designed for quick and easy setup and pack down by one person, this awning provides 8.2m2 of cover over the length of the vehicle. With a heavy duty steel and alloy swivel hinge system on both ends, the awning spans 6m along the vehicle and features two pivoting alloy telescopic leg poles which pack away neatly along the rafters. Constructed with hard wearing proofed poly/ cotton ripstop canvas and a strong lightweight box tube alloy rafter system, the awning weighs in at 20kg and is covered by a 2 year warranty.

​ECLIPSE 270° AWNING (AUS PASSENGER SIDE)

Designed as a freestanding unit to ease set up and pack down only, the Eclipse 270° Awning is easily set up by one person. Both Australian passenger side or Australian driver side mount options are available. Hinged from both ends, the Eclipse 270° Awning spans along the full length of the vehicle as well as the rear, offering additional undercover area compared to other general market offerings (approx. 11.5m2)
